Before co-founding General Staffing, Ashley honed her skills by leading the in-house recruitment team for a large energy company based in Houston, Texas. Her hands-on experience navigating the complexities of talent acquisition in a dynamic industry landscape gives her a unique perspective that sets us apart from the competition.

In addition to her role at General Staffing, Ashley co-founded Scott-Humphrey Corporation in 2015, where she launched the Real Estate and Construction practices for the firm, transforming it into the largest practice across the United States. Her strategic vision and tireless dedication have propelled her to the forefront of the industry.
