Renewals Administrator - Remote

Our Client is looking for a Renewal administrator to focus on our current customer base by managing the renewal process for contracts, subscriptions and agreements. You will be responsible for quoting and selling annual renewable service options for a wide range of product manufacturers, including our internal support offerings. This role will also maintain up to date customer data and provide general administrative support to the Renewal team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized and detail oriented. This individual must be willing to communicate with company decision makers directly and effectively, including C-level business leaders and technical staff.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively track contract expiration dates and renewal deadlines.

  • Communicate with clients or vendors to initiate the renewal process in a timely manner.

  • Review existing contracts to identify renewal terms & condition, prepare renewal proposals and contracts for review and approval.

  • Collaborate with sales or account management teams to negotiate renewal terms and pricing.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to ensure competitive pricing strategies

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients or vendors to facilitate smooth renewal processes.

  • Address any concerns or issues raised by clients during the renewal process.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

  • Utilize CRM systems or renewal management tools to maintain accurate records of renewal activities.

  • Generate reports and analyze renewal metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Make data-driven recommendations to optimize renewal rates and improve overall process.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices

Requirements

What You’ll Need:

  • English C1/C2 (Advanced or Proficient) only.

  • Previous experience in contract management, renewal management, or customer relationship management is preferred.

  • Experience working for US based company preferred.

  • Must be fluent in English with strong writing skills.

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.

  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools
