Learning X Platform Developer - Remote
We are a CPA services company based in California, US, and we are looking for a talented Learning X Platform Developer to build an innovative platform for our educational services. This role will be responsible for developing a website similar to a Learning Management System (LMS) that supports the upload and management of instructional videos/files. The platform will also facilitate payments for subscription-based video access while offering free instructional content for certain users.
The platform will either be hosted on AWS with its own domain or as a separate portal on our website. This is a perfect opportunity for a developer passionate about creating seamless educational experiences and delivering platforms that engage users.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain a Learning X Platform capable of hosting paid and free instructional content (videos, files).
Implement secure payment gateways to support subscription models.
Develop user interfaces that ensure seamless access to instructional videos and learning materials.
Ensure the platform supports file uploads and flexible subscription services for our users.
Build secure and intuitive user login functionalities, ensuring subscribers have easy access to their content.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs.
Work with AWS or integrate the platform into our current website infrastructure.
Provide documentation and post-launch technical support for users and internal teams.

Must have English C1/C2 level (both spoken and written).
3+ years of experience developing web platforms or Learning Management Systems.
Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms for hosting and scaling web applications.
Proficiency in payment integration (subscription models and one-time payments).
Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.
Ability to develop both paid and free content systems with secure user access.
Familiarity with instructional design and learning platforms is a plus.
Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
