Graphic Designer - Remote
Job Overview:
As a Graphic Designer at our client, you will play a key role in shaping our brand’s visual identity and creating compelling marketing materials for both our products and partners. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and sales, to design visually striking and effective content that drives engagement, brand awareness, and partner collaboration. This role requires a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Branding & Visual Identity:
Develop and maintain the visual identity of our brand across all platforms and media.
Design logos, brand guidelines, and other branding elements to ensure consistency and impact.
Refresh existing branding materials as needed to keep them current and relevant.
Product Marketing:
Create visually compelling product marketing materials, including brochures, product packaging, presentations, and digital assets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that align with our brand and resonate with target audiences.
Design product launch materials, including email templates, social media graphics, and promotional videos.
Partner Marketing:
Develop and design co-branded materials that align with both our brand and our partners' branding guidelines.
Create joint marketing assets such as presentations, case studies, sell sheets, and digital content for partner campaigns.
Work closely with the partner marketing team to ensure all materials are cohesive and effectively communicate joint value propositions.
Digital & Print Design:
Design and produce high-quality graphics for web, social media, email marketing, and print collateral.
Work with UX/UI designers to ensure a cohesive look and feel across all digital touchpoints.
Create infographics, charts, and data visualizations that effectively communicate complex information.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver on-brand, creative solutions.
Present design concepts and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience:
3-4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on branding, product marketing, and partner marketing.
Proven experience in designing for both digital and print media.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Design Skills:
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, typography, layout, and color theory.
Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, visually appealing designs.
Understanding of marketing principles and how design impacts customer and partner engagement.
Software Proficiency:
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
Familiarity with web design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Knowledge of CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS is advantageous.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Experience in a B2B or technology-focused environment is a plus.
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
Knowledge of SEO and its impact on design is beneficial.
English C1+ a must
